Eagles win Homecoming, look toward Boyd

The Varsity Eagles produced a convincing 42-10 victory Oct. 21 over the North Garland Raiders. There were moments of outstanding offensive performances and an overall solid defensive display.

The Eagles came off the mark quickly, opening the scoring with consecutive touchdowns and never seemed to look back. It was all too much for the Raiders, who scraped together a field goal to make up their only points for the first half.

Rowlett currently holds a 5-3 record and will look to build onto that Thur., Oct. 27, when they face the McKinney Boyd Broncos. The Broncos are also heading into the game with momentum, beating Sachse last week and holding a record of 6-2.
