In the fourth quarter, the Eagles defense held the Broncos to one field goal attempt. The final score was 41-17, the second defeat for the Varsity Eagles.

With three seconds on the clock and a first down, the coaches sent senior kicker Chase Thrasher onto the field with sights set on a a field goal. Thrasher delivered with a 28-yard field goal, ensuring a Homecoming victory with a final score of 17-14.
